    I also used Phentermine from medsheacen them I took for about
    2 months However,I did not notice any strength increase while
    lifting,even so I observe a big increase in cardio endurance.
    I still felt seriously good and don't care about the pain.Once
    I jogged for about 2.5 hours without paying attention to the

    Congratulations. This is my second time on phentermine. This time I only got 15mg tho. Last time it was like 37.5. What dosage did you take?

    Way to go! Are you still taking them? I made 2 video's on here since I started back on them about 3 weeks ago. Doing great! Lost 10 lbs my first 12 days! My Dr. prescribed them to me. The last time I took them about 4-5 years ago I lost 60 lbs on them but I didnt stick with the Diet. This time is different. I am Dieting and exercising =)
